Namaskar to every one...
18th November became a special day for me as my both sons came out winner in their respective categories of the Run organized by Bhanu Township. Abhijeet Bhatnagar, my elder son came first in 5K Category and Abhinav Bhatnagar, my younger son came first in 3K Category.
My sincere thanks to Ajit Mishra ji and Neerja ji for the invite and Deepak Mahapatra ji for the beautiful clicks he has taken during the Run. Host Mihir ji, along with his companion, was at his best. Urmi ji too did a fabulous job during the run. These are the names that i know personally, not to undermine anyone who did the extraordinary work in making this Run a success.
Writing this blog not just because my both son came first in the categories, but for a reason that is less seen during these types of run. It was a well organized event. 3rd edition of the event and the energy level and the enthusiasm of all, the participants and the organizers was visible on the stage and off the stage.
The most eye catching part of the Run was the participants when handed over banana/sweets, they did not throw the banana peel or the sweets packet on the road, they just pumped these wastes into their respective pockets....... Very rare to see this in such a large gathering.
Yes, this was being followed by almost everyone. Modiji's Swatch Bharat Mission is so successful, I alteast, never knew this. This is 360 degree change in our mindset, which was missing somewhere. Though the Run was organized by the committee of Bhanu Township Run, but we cannot forget to thank Modiji for the huge change he has brought in our mindset.
